These terms govern your use of Perk (the "app"), a Shopify app for creating and managing discount campaigns. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

You may use the app to create, manage, and display discount campaigns for your own Shopify store. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or Shopify's own terms and policies.

Billing

Paid plans are billed exclusively through Shopify's managed billing. Plan selection, charges, trials, and cancellations are handled by Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment details.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update the app's features or these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost revenue or data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it and uninstall it.
